Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
From our warehouse in Scottsdale, AZ, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.  

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package’s progress.  

Holidays & Delays
Processing and delivery times may be longer than usual during holidays or peak seasons. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or situations beyond our control, such as severe weather or natural disasters.

• Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
