We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return and refund policy below for details.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • We cannot accept returns for the following:
    • Opened or used accessories (e.g., electrodes).
    • Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used electrodes or accessories.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@gonurokor.com or (805)-588-0158 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide instructions and a shipping address once your return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for returns due to product defects or errors.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Accidental Damage Exchange Program

We understand accidents happen. To support our customers, we offer an Accidental Damage Exchange Program for our touchscreen devices (mitouch and mitouch plus):

  • Damaged touchscreen devices can be exchanged for a replacement at a flat fee of $225.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@gonurokor.com or (805)-588-0158 with details of the damage and your order number.
  • Devices must be returned to us before a replacement is shipped.

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges (except for accidental damage replacement). If you need a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item (not due to accidental damage), please get in touch with us immediately at support@gonurokor.com or (805)-588-0158 with photos of the damage and your order details. We will replace the item or refund you at no additional cost.

Changes to Policy
GoNurokor.com reserves the right to update or modify its “Returns and Refunds” policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
