Pain & Recovery: Pad Placement Best Practices
The electrode pads included with your NuroKor device are the conduit to your body. These typical placements are a good place to start for achieving optimal effects.
Here are a few best practices.
- These are guidelines. Experiment. Remember, you can tap the On/Off button to pause your device and move/adjust you pads easily.
- With PNS & NMS, keep pads at least 25 mm apart. More distance between the pads will tend to make the waves move deeper into the tissue.
- After you have mode and intensity set, tap Screen Lock at bottom before you slip the device in your pocket.
These pad placement guidance's are broken down into four sections:
- Head, Neck, Shoulders, Upper Back
- Elbows, Wrists, Hands
- Torso, Low Back, Hips
- Knees, Ankles, Feet
